Your order is priced based on the serving size, and design complexity. As you make your selections in the customizer, you will see the final price updating accordingly.

How to order online
You'll want to know a little about your occasion first, because your ordering options and pricing will vary based on your desired pick-up date, design, and number of servings needed.
Ordering through our site is simple!
First, head over to our order tab or homepage and choose an option from Our Dotcakes to get started.
Next, personalize it: Follow the steps in the customizer to create the perfect cake for your event. Depending on the design elements you choose, you'll see, size, color, design, and message options pop up accordingly.
Finally, add to cart: You'll be prompted to enter your exact pick-up date, review your design, and enter your secure payment details. We accept most digital wallets, and U.S. credit cards.
How far in advance should I order?
Due to high demand, our ovens are full with made to order Dotcakes and Dotcups, so the first available pick-up date may be a few weeks out.

Picking up your Dotcake
Our cakes are pick-up only from our bakery at 25 B Post Ave,
Westbury, NY 11590.
For a successful pick-up, prepare a flat surface in your vehicle. We recommend placing the box on the floor of the car or secure in the trunk. Be sure to schedule enough travel time to pick up during our business hours:

COVID-19 protocols:
Currently, we are doing contactless pickup only to keep a minimal amount of people from coming into the store. Please call us when you arrive and we will bring your order outside for you to grab!
Keeping my Dotcake fresh
After picking up, we recommend keeping your order refrigerated until serving. Our products stay well refrigerated up to 5 days and please DO NOT keep our products in any hot environments.
Requesting a special order Dotcake
If you fancy a cake with a unique or specialized image or design, and our Design A Dot or Dotcups customizing tools don't show options for it, you might be a candidate for Customize A Dot!
Customize A Dot is a special order by approval only. If you are not able to find what you are looking for in our gallery or want a custom logo on your cake please fill our the form. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Fillings and Frostings
We only frost our cakes with vanilla frosting so that all of our sprinkle designs show up! We currently do not do fillings.
Dietary restrictions information
Huzzah! Need a cake that's dairy, egg, or gluten free? We've got you covered.
About our kitchen and ingredients:
Gluten: We have a gluten free funfetti option that can be chosen on each product. However, we are not able to 100% guarantee no cross-contamination as we are not a gluten free kitchen.
Nuts: The cake ingredients do not contain any nuts themselves. However, some of the sprinkles (black and all metallics) are made in a facility that might contain tree nuts or peanuts. So we are unable to guarantee 100% nut free.
Dairy: No problem.
Egg: We use an egg alternative in our egg free Dotcakes and Dotcups.

Shipping
Dotcups can be can be shipped in the Continental US. Please email to inquire. orders@thedotcakes.com
Bulk Pricing
Each of our Dotcakes and Dotcups is made by hand with love. We do not offer bulk pricing at this time.
Cancelations and Refunds
If I need to cancel my order, can I get a refund?
In the event that you need to cancel your order you have 72 hours to do so. If you cancel prior to the 72 hour mark then we will fully refund your order. Unfortunately, after the 72 hour mark, we will not refund you order.
